and I own an Italian restaurant in Hoboken. We mount an authentic Southern
Italian menu using all of my grandmother’s original recipes. We use
a lot of fresh tomatoes every week. A few months ago we installed
AIRNOVO filters in our produce walk in. The tomatoes and other vegetables
last at least 4-5 days longer allowing us to order less frequently resulting
in volume discounts from our purveyors."
