Flowers are probably the most delicate
of all perishables, and the greatest challenge of the benefits of AirNovo.
The minute the flowers are cut from the vine, and even before they are
shipped via refrigerated compartments via rail, or air they begin to
show slight changes in fortitude and color. Typically after only two
days the trained eye can see a significant change in color and stability.
